AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.00 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (1.00 hours)

Review of cancer care guidelines from National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NICCQ), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and American Society of Hematology (ASH). Peer-reviewed literature will come from Journal of Clinical Oncology, Lancet Oncology, Blood, NEJM, and Clinical Cancer Research.

1. Utilize up-to-date strategies or treatment regimens for managing Hematology/Oncology related problems.
2. Assess and evaluate patient information gained during Journal Club to improve skills in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
3. Improve management and patient outcomes based on new statistical data available in treatment of various types of cancer.
